A sensor isn't sending data
If the sensor status in the Yango Play app is Data is not transmitted, make sure the data is updated in the manufacturer's app.
If the data is updated in the manufacturer's app
If the data isn't updating in the manufacturer's app

Make sure the device is working properly (it should respond when you press the button).

If the sensor is wireless, try changing the battery.

If the sensor is connecting to the hub, restart it.

Reconnect the sensor in the manufacturer's app.
After following these steps, update the list of devices:
If the sensor still isn't sending data, contact support.
