The device won't perform commands

Make sure that you're connecting the device correctly. To do it, check the instructions on the manufacturer's website.

Make sure it's connected to a power supply.

Make sure the home has Wi-Fi internet access. For example, try opening play.yango.com on your phone. If you don't have access, restart your router. If that doesn't help, contact your internet provider.

To connect to the device, you need a stable Wi-Fi connection. Bring your phone closer to the device and see how many network bars it shows. If you have fewer than half the bars, move the router closer to the device, remove any obstacles that may be blocking the signal, or use a Wi-Fi signal booster.

Log out of and back into the Yango Play app. Then sync the accounts again.
