Adding a device to your smart home

1. Connect the device to the power supply and turn it on.

2. Download the manufacturer's app to manage the device:

   • POLARIS IQ Home: Android, iOS

   • Xiaomi MiHome: Android, iOS

   • Other manufacturer: find the app yourself in Google Play or the App Store

3. Open the app and log in to your account on the manufacturer's site. If you don't have an account yet, register one.

4. Configure your device in the app. Please note that you'll need a smart home hub controller to connect some devices. To find out whether that's required for your device, visit the manufacturer's site.

You need a Yango account to connect and manage smart devices. If you don't have an account yet, register one.

1. Turn on the smart device and press the button on the body.

2. Open the Smart home with Yasmina section in the  Yango Play app.

3. If this is your first smart device, tap the banner Devices and select the device manufacturer from the list.

   If you already have smart devices added, tap → Smart home device in the top right corner and select one of the suggested manufacturers or tap the magnifying glass icon to find yours.

4. Press the Link to Yango button and log in to your account on the manufacturer's site.

5. Tap Update device list.

   

All new devices you register in the manufacturer's app will be added to the linked Yango and become available for voice commands. If a device isn't added automatically:

1. In the Smart home with Yasmina section of the  Yango Play app, tap → Smart home device and select the smart device manufacturer.

2. Tap Update device list.
