I can't connect to the internet
If you're having problems connecting to the internet, try the following:
Your network parameters have changed
If your network parameters have changed and you need to reconnect Yasmina, set up the speaker again.
Yasmina says says there's no internet connection, or music and videos often stutter
Check your internet access and reconnect to the network
-
Make sure there are no connection problems on the provider side:
- Try opening google.com on a phone or computer. If it doesn't open, restart the router. If the problem persists, contact your provider.
- Connect Yasmina to mobile internet via your phone's Wi-Fi. If Yasmina connects and works well via mobile internet, the problem with the Wi-Fi connection is most likely on the provider side.
-
Yasmina needs a stable Wi-Fi connection to work properly. Put your phone next to Yasmina and see what network level it shows. If you get less than half of the bars, move Yasmina closer to the router.
-
Restart the router by disconnecting it from the power supply, waiting ten seconds, and plugging it back in. Then restart Yasmina.
Restore the previous router settings
If you've recently changed the router settings, revert to the previous parameters and set up the speaker again.
Connect Yasmina Max to the wired internet
If the Wi-Fi connection is slow (for example, you can't watch videos in 4K because of constant stuttering), connect the internet cable to the Ethernet port on Yasmina Max.

If these recommendations didn't help, contact support. Specify the name of your internet service provider, router model, and device ID in the request. You can find the ID at the bottom of the device or in the Yango Play app (in the speaker settings).

Yasmina Max takes too long to update via the wired internet during the initial setup
We recommend setting up the speaker via Wi-Fi. To do this, disconnect the Ethernet cable from Yasmina Max and try to set up the speaker again.
Once you've completed the setup, you'll be able to switch the connection from wireless to wired with no additional actions required.
