Unlink Yasmina from an account

Yasmina is linked to the Yango Play account that you used to launch and activate her. Your Yango Play subscription is registered with this account. Partner service accounts and one-time purchases are linked to it as well.

To unlink Yasmina:

  1. Go to the Smart home with Yasmina section of the  Yango Play app and select Yasmina from the list of smart devices.

  2. Tap Remove device.

    Open appYango Play

After that, the new user can activate Yasmina and link her to their account.
