How do I share Wi-Fi from a mobile device?

First, turn on a regular Wi-Fi network on your phone.

Turn on the hotspot in your phone's settings.

Make sure the Wi-Fi network name doesn't contain Arabic letters, spaces, or special characters. To change it, go to Settings → Network & Internet → Hotspot & Tethering → Wi‑Fi Hotspot → Access Point Name (APN).

On the Wi-Fi selection screen of the
Yango Play app, tap Connect to a hidden network. Enter the hotspot name and password. Follow the instructions in the app.

Turn on the personal hotspot in your phone settings.

How do I connect Yasmina Max to the wired internet?
To set up the speaker via the wired internet on first use:
- Connect the cable from the package to the Ethernet port.
- On the settings screen, select Wired connection.
To switch the connection from wireless to wired, use the Ethernet cable without additional settings. If you then unplug the cable, the speaker will automatically connect to Wi-Fi.
What should I do if Yasmina Max takes too long to update via the wired internet during the initial setup?
We recommend setting up the speaker via Wi-Fi. To do this, disconnect the Ethernet cable from Yasmina Max and try to set up the speaker again.
Once you've completed the setup, you'll be able to switch the connection from wireless to wired with no additional actions required.
Where in the room should I put the speaker?
Note that the speaker's location in the room can greatly impact the sound. Try different spots to find acoustics you like. We recommend putting the speaker at least 20-30 cm away from the wall.
