Volume control
You can adjust Yasmina's volume from 1 to 10.
By voice
- To set a specific level, say "Yasmina, sound volume on [1...10]".
- You can also set the volume level as a percentage. Say: "Yasmina, sound volume on [1...100] percent". When selecting the maximum volume on the LED display of the speaker, you'll see the value 99 instead of 100. This is related to the display features.
- To change the sound relative to the current level, say: "Yasmina, turn it up louder", "Yasmina, quieter".
- To set the minimum or maximum volume, say: "Yasmina, volume to maximum", "Yasmina, lowest volume".
If you don't want to talk
To change the volume, use the buttons or the volume control at the top of the device (on Yasmina Max). The light will change and indicate the volume level: green is quiet, red is loud.
Yasmina takes care of you
Yasmina remembers the volume level that was last set and uses it the next time.
By default, the adaptive volume feature is enabled on Yasmina speakers — it adjusts Yasmina's volume based on the noise level in the room. For example, when kitchen appliances are running, Yasmina will respond louder. If it's quiet in the room, she'll also speak quietly.
Timers and reminders
Yasmina will also make sure you don't miss a timer or reminder because they're going off too quietly. Their volume depends on the activity of the device and its current volume level.

Alarm
For a gentle and calm wake-up, the volume gradually increases from the minimum to seven when the alarm is going off.
