Yasmina won't play music

If Yasmina says “Turning on” or “Something went wrong” when you ask her to play music but then nothing happens:

  1. Restart Yasmina.

  2. Restart the router by disconnecting it from the power source for 5–10 seconds.

  3. Reconfigure the internet connection.

  4. Make sure Yasmina is connected to mobile Wi-Fi.

    How to do this
    1. First, turn on a regular Wi-Fi network on your phone.

    2. Turn on the hotspot in your phone's settings.

    3. Make sure the Wi-Fi network name doesn't contain Arabic letters, spaces, or special characters. To change it, go to Settings → Network & Internet → Hotspot & Tethering → Wi‑Fi Hotspot → Access Point Name (APN).

    4. On the Wi-Fi selection screen of the  Yango Play app, tap Connect to a hidden network. Enter the hotspot name and password. Follow the instructions in the app.

    1. Turn on the personal hotspot in your phone settings.

    2. Make sure the Wi-Fi network name doesn't contain Arabic letters, spaces, or special characters. To change it, go to Settings → Common use → About → Name.

    3. On the Wi-Fi selection screen of the  Yango Play app, tap Connect to a hidden network. Enter the hotspot name and password. Follow the instructions in the app.
