Yasmina isn't hearing, recognizing, or responding to my commands

  1. Make sure the microphones are turned on.

    If there's a red light, press the microphone mute button and check the sound again.

  2. Remember: Yasmina can't hear you if you don't call her name.

  3. If Yasmina isn't recognizing your words correctly, it may be too noisy in the room or you may be too far away from her. Come closer to the speaker and say the phrase again.

  4. There may be a physical obstacle in the way of the sound, something like an object covering or on top of the speaker. Remove anything that's getting in the way.

  5. Restart Yasmina.

  6. Reconfigure the internet connection.
