I can't turn the speaker on

Yasmina should light up during startup and loading. If nothing happens after you connect Yasmina to a power supply:

1. Make sure you're using the power adapter that comes with her. Compatibility with other adapters isn't guaranteed. They could even damage the device.
2. Make sure that the adapter is correctly connected to the device and plugged in.
3. Make sure that the outlet is not dead (for example, plug in a table lamp to check it).
4. Try resetting the speaker settings.
